Actor Udaya, who is acting in the film ‘Acoust’, has issued an angry statement claiming that the film has suddenly faced a problem at the last minute and that he will be filing a defamation case due to this. In the statement, he said,
It has become a habit in Tamil cinema to create some kind of problem before the release of films. My upcoming film ‘Acoust’ is no exception to this.
While I am preparing for the audio release of the film ‘Acoust’, I came to know today through social media that Mr. Arogya Sudhakar has leveled some allegations against me.
This statement is to clarify my side of the story. In 2018, Mr. Arogya Sudhakar himself invested in my film ‘Uttharau Maharaja’.
When he later raised problems regarding money, he resolved it amicably on behalf of the Producers’ Association, and he also willingly signed the relevant letter. There are documents for this.
In this situation, he has filed a new complaint today to defame me and the Producers’ Council. His allegations are false and ulterior motives.
Therefore, I would like to inform you that I will legally confront his complaint and also take defamation action against him for the defamation he has spread. The truth will prevail, and my film ‘Acoust’ will also succeed with the support of all of you. Thank you very much.
