The business details of Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ and Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’ are going viral on the internet even before their release.
Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and with music by Anirudh, is set to release on August 14. The shooting of the film has been completed and the final technical work is currently underway. In this context, it is said that the foreign release rights of the film ‘Coolie’ have been completed and the foreign rights of the film have been sold for approximately Rs 85 crore.
Similarly, the foreign rights of Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’ have also been sold. The film is said to have been sold for Rs 75 crore. Therefore, it is noteworthy that the difference between the two films is Rs 10 crore.
It is said that both Rajinikanth and Vijay, who acted in these two films, have received a salary of Rs 200 crore each. Overall, both these films are expected to be huge commercial successes.
